    night time fat burners ?????????

    I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING GOOD TO TAKE AT NIGHT BEFORE GOIGN TO BED WHICH WILL KEEP MY METABOLISIM RUNNING , so shoot your views here !

    only thing i found was Pro Lean Night Time
    never used it

    Primary Ingredients: Hydrolyzed Collagen
    L-Ornithine
    L-Arginine
    L-Lysine
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin B6

    Definately stay away from caffeine, ephedrine, clen or any stimulants. I would suggest b-12, cla and acetyl-l-carnitine.

    now should these be taken after i eat dinner or befor ei eat dinner ?
