Is that all the 4-AD is for, to combat lethargy? So no lethargy, no 4-AD?

4-ad is to keep your test levels up while cycling m1t. this indirectly will make lethargy nonexistent and keep your sex drive (or even make it go up) and it will keep your balls at a normal size.
