    Why 4-AD with M1T?

    I recently started M1T and have had great results. I have read several posts suggesting adding 4-AD transdermally with the M1T and wonder what added benefit I would receive? Thanks!

    Just for lethargy?

    Is that all the 4-AD is for, to combat lethargy? So no lethargy, no 4-AD?

    4-ad is to keep your test levels up while cycling m1t. this indirectly will make lethargy nonexistent and keep your sex drive (or even make it go up) and it will keep your balls at a normal size.
