kickstart thyroid?

What supplements help kickstart your thyroid production?

Anybody? What about guggelsterones(sp)?

What about using T3 or T4 (like synthroid) to raise your levels synthetically? Research this though, since it will inhibit natural thyroid production.

Thats kinda the opposite of what I'm trying to do. I want to increase my t3 production, kinda how tribulus increases test production.
