just wandering if anyone had tried this supplement and with any results?
i hear that it mimics insulin and shuttles protein and carbs to your muscles rather than fat cells
i would like to try it, but am confused wether it should be used for cutting or bulking? :unsure:

it can be used for both but it also has antioxidant properties to it. Keep in mind that rala is very very unstable and most get ripped off thinking they have the purest form of ala. Go over to Designersupps.com and read up on glucophage xr it will tell you more than I can

i take ala before meals during bulking and i plan to also take it during my cutting cycle...helps also in the uptake of my pre-workout supps
