I was wondering if it was bad to take more than one multi vitam a day. the bottle always says one a day but I like to take one in morning and one at night. so my question is is this just a waste or is it bad for you????

Amongst other things I take a full spectrum multi vit & min 3 times a day. RDAs are based on averages, i.e. average weight, average activity - I weigh alot more than average and am alot more active so I figure I need more!

Is your urine dark? If it is that means a lot of it is just be secreted and not absorbed.
Hmmm... depends on what you call dark, I'll bottle some up and mail it to you for your analysis.
