This may be a stupid question but is the asprin just regular store bought asprin? and for caffeine would i just use No-Doz? Where can you buy ephedrine since they banned it? Again sorry about the dumb questions!

Ephedra was banned, not ephedrine. You can buy all the components of ECA stack online.

or at a pharmacy.. No Doz Caffiene Pills/Bayer Aspirin/Bronkaid(ephedrine)

Was ephedrine not banned ova there? ova ere now u can get jack all fat burners that do nethin, unless u wanna start the slimfast plan. If u can get the original xenadrine stuff still, that was pretty **** gd, nothin beats a gd ol bit of clen tho.

Not a waste, but definately not as good as clen or eca.

would you recommend a particular one in general if that was the route I was gonna go or should I just try to get and eca?

I personally would only use clen and ECA for cutting fat. But i hear from freinds of mine that hot-rox and lipo-6 are the best legal fat-burners out on the market.
