and is that a good brand, and if i go with that and get the flavor fruit punch, what sweetner should i choose, and would the sweetner make the carbs go up in the protein

You can get most kinds of micellar casein at most places. allsportsnutrition, bulknutrition, local vitamin shop and almost any place that sells supplements. Or you could just use whey protein and put 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil in it to slow down the digestion, or you could drink a whey protein shake and munch on a handful or 2 of almonds.
