    Pretty good size anterior and medial delts, doesn't look like much of a posterior delt.

    actualy its my bicept. and you can tell that because my elbow is on the middle left

    ummm..... isn't your deltoid your shoulder??? which would be right about your bicept or in my case on the photo further to the right... I dont see it how can you? or am I missing something here?

    maby this should be my new avatar? and my abs used to be more defined but I'm currently on a bulking cycle... but I never get any worse than that.

    Yup. Rear delts are weak. Non-existent even.

    ..... my delts arn't even in the picture to the middle left of the picture that is my elbow and what u see going up is my forearm and what u see flexed is my bicept... no were is my delt in this.... you can see what i mean if you look down at your bicept(from were ur head is) and flex.

    ps. my delt(this is my right bi u see the pic of) is to the right of my bicept.

    obviously everybody thought that was the outside of your left arm, but your saying its the inside of your right arm, correct? What everyone thought was your left deltoid is actually your right bicep. Too confusing. I like sore24/7's avatar, makes my mouth water.....
