    Anyone ever try this product by ISS its called satur8, Have been hearing good things about this creatine.. I will be starting tommorow so will keep you guys posted...thanx fellas

    i dont know if it was the satur8 or not but last night i did arms and had a killer pump.i take it about half an hour before i train and in the morning on an empty stomach.
