hey guys wen i am done with my cutting i am going to go on an all clean lean bulk.just want some info on wat supplements to take so far i am
stocking up. i have.
creatine hds
glutumine
triblus
whey protein (always)
zma
wat else can i take pls or any info cos dont want to take roids.
i believe i can do it natural with a good diet an hard traning.
yes you can do it natural with good diet. THat is exactly what you need, not hundreds of dollars in supplements. A 100% on key bulking diet will be to far much more benefit than any supplement would!Quote:

The only supplement i would add to what you have there is possibly r-ala. I dont take it before EVERY carb meal, just before my pwo shake!

i would def take some b12 while bulking, it will make you hungry at all times
for bulking, eat 6 good meals a day,and check the diet forums
