Optimum Nutrition has lactase in it, which is supposed to make it easier to digest. That may help your problem, plus, they are the best IMO

I mix Nlarge with water, and it still upsets my stomach quite alot. With milk, it is even worse. Has anyone come across a protein shake that is easier on the stomach?

optimum nutrition's is great. also, it just takes your body getting used to teh whey protein. then your stomach will settle down. make sure you drinking lots of water and eating right throughout the day. if you're only taking in whey, then that might be part of the problem.

I always have a shake at the gym, and no problem. But the ones I mix at home cause stomach cramps. I'll have to try some other brands I guess.

Use whey protein isolate instead of other proteins, its pure whey protein with as little of everything that is possible. Isolate in water shouldn't upset your stomach at all.

Any time I up the amount of protien in my diet or start shakes hevily again I get the $hits reel bad. Now I rip nasty ass all the friggin time. Its funny on an army trainin weekend but not so funny in a lecture hall back at school. Well, its funny but only to me, everyone else dont like the "dead animal" smell.
