    trying to reach 180 naturally

    sup guys! im around 150 right now 153 to be exact. i wanna get to 180 naturally. right now im taking cell-tech, EAS complete whey protein, glutamine. i wanna get to 180 naturally than maybe think about doing AS. im following my diet some what similar to diet listed on this site, trying to gain muscle and weight. what would you guys suggest for me??
    what supplements best for me to get to 180??
    should i go purchase some weight gainer??

    protein, hard work, rest, and TIME.

    its not goning to happen over night.

    Like DD said, hard work and rest are very important. Eat 250-300 grams of protein every day. Its hard to do, but it will help. Eat a moderate amount of carbs and keep your fat intake low, but don't cut out the fat. Creatine will help, but there are cheaper products than Cell-Tech that will do the same thing. Make sure that you take glutamine on a regular schedule.

    your what 19 i would bet your metabolism is really high

    so its going to take a little longer to put the weight on

    wait till you hit 24-27 some where in there when your metabolism

    slows.
    i was one of those ppl who got ask'd how can you eat soo much and not gain weight? well it caught up to me at 25
    all those chips, candy, fast food, etc.... no i gotta watch what i eat and it sux...

    just give it time bro

    If you wanna bulk up quick eat three solid meals a day.(Clean diet food)..Take three Heavy Weight Gainer 900 shakes which adds up to six meals a day....I put on 40 lbs in 6 months....Busting my ass off in the gym as well...Good Luck

    i agree im 20 years old and have been trying to put on weight i just eat all the chicken tuna anything i can thats not junk food and WEIGHTGAINER u might add a little fat but stick with it u can always cut i have put on 13 pounds in a month needless to say some of it is water and a little is fat but i am getting alot bigger.
    WeightGainer wise i have tried alot of different ways and they all are about the same to me taste wise but i made my best gains so far with N-Large2 lots of protein per serving with alot of calories. just keep eating 4500 calories or so a day and watch the cardio i just quit playing ball everyday and i am making alot more gains remember 3500 calories is app. 1 lb
    just remember "Eat big to get big"

    it can be done a friend of mine gained 45lbs in 5 months 25 naturally then a little dbol for the rest but be careful making those quick gains. all i can say is stretch marks.

    Rely on food more than supplements. Eat 5-6 actual meals and then supplement on top of that if need be.

    Thanx alot guys!! the funny thing is i eat so much everyday. my intake protein must be like 250g and calorie must be around 2500. i guess it'll take time. i think im trying to gain weight over night. i gained about 10 lbs in a month. and 3 lbs recently with the diet some of you gave me. thanx alot!! GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
