    + + + Ripped Fuel Ques + + +

    Hey guys
so i'm in the gym the other day and i just started lifting with this short JACKED guy and he started to give me some advice on BB.

Right now i'm at 17inch arms and an 6pac
    6' 2 1/2"
    don't know bf
    193lbs

Ok so i have gained about 40lbs of muscle in the past 2 years and i've sort of hit a platue (sp?) and he told me that i should take ripped fuel because it will block my body from breaking down muscle and actually help me build muscle. IS THIS TRUE? I thought that it will make you mad skinny. I don't want to get any skinnier, i just want to get ULTRA shredded.

tell me what you think- thanks for the advice.

    Late

never heard of ripped fuel helping to increase lean mass unless some new study has been done which I doubt. Ripped fuel is a energy booster and helps to lean you up. My training partner used ripped fuel before and leaned up somewhat but he had the jitters bad so he quit taking it. Hope this helps

i know on the side of the xenadrine bottle it claims to be anti-catabolic.......so maybe that's what he's talking about.

    i have tried ripped fuel
it will get you shredded but still you must watch your diet .some people experience jitters and so on. me personally havent exprienced any of those symptoms. only way i seeing it being used that your buddy is talking about is prolly speaking of its anti catabolic properties. This product is similar to hydroxycut if you have ever taken that.

The ECA stack has shown to be anti-catabolic while dieting. Thats it meaning that if you diet with out it you might burn more muscle than if you dieted with it.

Don't think Ripped Fuel helps prevent muscle break down. Try taking Glutamine for that.
