L glutamine with creatine

L-glutamine and creatine together?
I read in one of the post above about talking creating during PCT and L-Glutamine all the way through....
But, I heard somewhere not to take both at the same time, something about cuz they both cant get obsorbed into the muscle.....
So how should I take them on the same day? If I take 20g of glutamine aday, can I take 2scoops (10g) post workout and agree pre-workout? Should I take creatine the same way and how many gramds should I get per day?

Alll these years and Ive never played around with these 2 supps, any help with when and how to take them would be greatly appreciated....

yes, they will compete for absobtion... Take creatine with water but I'm not sure about that for glutamine... You should get at least a gallon of water a day.... I myself get 2+ gallons of water a day on average.

mix em togather thats what i do.. 1 drink before work out 1 after workout one of the best combos on the planet.
