    How much dextrose

I've posted about dextrose and I really didn't get any answers. So my question is how much dextrose should I put in my post workout shake?

You want to mix the dextrose with whey isolate, i.e. fast acting carbs with fast acting (digesting) protein.

Agreed. And you want isolate because is has hardly any other crap in it, i.s. carbs and fat.
