    good multi-vitamin

    i need a good multi-vit, i was just takin those centrum ones but i dont think they r have all i need. i was readin about ast multi-pro 32x, anyone take those or

    Also kent nutrition makes a good one. And More than A Multiple.

    Regardless if you like their other products, GNC usually does a pretty good job with the multis. Ultra Mega Gold for me...
