No, having a lot of protien in your diet is a must to preserve muscle. There is really no best shake for body fat loss. Regular protien powder is fine. Btw go check out the stickies in the diet forum.
Alot of protein is good for trying to lose BF, read up on the thermic effect of protein.

read the cutting diet sticky in the diet questions forum. you're not going to loose BF just because of one shake, it's your whole diet bro.
i like isopure lots of protein no fat and not many cals bro look into it if your concerned about bf %
i am trying hard to maintain the cutting diet so far so good i have some mega man muti vitamins and 100% whey protein shake mix and i am taking flax seed oil how do you think i should improve my deit any suggestions
just stick to the cutting diet and you'll be good. takes time though to do it right. give yourself a good 3 to 4 months of sticking to the diet well.Quote:
