i-ad is totally different from 4-ad ................ M1T n 1-ad are both 1-test ........ so u should take 4ad ................. with m1t ............ and trib to keep your balss alive during the cycle

It's not a great idea. Your going to be getting plenty of 1-test in your system from just the m1t. Go with 4-ad at 400mg ed. Run it just as long as m1t.

start the 4ad one week ahead,it takes about a week to kick in.m1t is methyl one test.
no need for 1ad.
