Right now I'm on a ECA stack, I'm looking to lose about 30 lbs fast. The ECA is kinda of working but I'm been reading and was wonder hoe well CLEN works? Does anyone know a dite that has good info about it? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Clen works basically the same way ECA does, but with less sides. If your looking for a diet, check out the stickies in the diet section. Also if you plan on using clen, go to the educational forum and read the clen handbook. Good luck.
