    Question Best Supplement(s) for Muscle Mass

    hey bros, i was just curious from all of the members on this board what your favorite bulking supplement or supplements are? which supps gave you those steroid like gains...if have to say myself that v-12,betagen, dorian yates MBF, and propeptide are always in my off-cycle plan...now whats YOURS?

    Protien, Vitargo cgl (gave me painful pumps). Multi-v, b12(injectable) seemed to help with the gains. Also plenty of good food. You can't make gains without it.
