how much nolva and clomid

i got a question.im ordering clomid and nolva for my pct to use after my 4ad m1t cycle and i want to know how much nolva and clomid i need to order from ar...i saw the nolva is 50mg-20ml?any help would b greatly appreciated.im gollowing the m1t faq sticky page..

If my math is right, your only going to need one of each. You need 300mg of clomid the first day. 100mg the next 10 days, then 50 for the last 10 days. Then use 20mg of nolva for those day also. But just to be sure, check out nsa's m1t faq. He's got pct dosages posted.

i got the m1t faq from him i got the dosages i just need to know how much to order from ar because its only 1 bottle of each..and i need to know if i need more then 1 bottle of clomid and nolva..

Add up all the mg's you need for each, every day combined. Then see how many mg/mL are in the bottle. Then see how many mL are in the bottle. Multiply how many mg/mL X total mL and if the total used is less than that number you only need one.

look im sorry but im dumb as bricks..this is how much im takin for pct ...

Weeks 5-8: 40 mg ED of Nolvadex for the first two weeks, Then down to 20 mg ED of Nolvadex
Weeks 5-8: Clomid Therapy, 300 mg of clomid first day, 100 mg of clomid next 10 days, 50 mg of clomid for final 10 days of clomid therapy.

..and this is how much is in each bottle off of ar..
nolva is 50ML..20mg/ml and the clomid is 30ml...200mcg/ml..so can u help me out?

Total nolva needed= 840mg

Total clomid needed= 1,800mg

Nolva from ar-r = 1,000mg

Clomid from ar-r= 2,450mg

So one of each will be fine.
