Is that sugar substitute? If so then there wouldn't be much in there. If its regular sugar then its sucralose, and not dextrose. You don't want ANY sucralose in your diet if you want to keep your bodyfat under control.

I'd say like 2-3 grams per packet. Not enough to get much of an insulin spike.

    Directly from www.equal.com

    What is Equal?
Equal is a great-tasting alternative to sugar. Each serving of Equal has zero calories and less than one gram of carbohydrate.

What are the ingredients in Equal?
Equal's sweetening ingredient is aspartame, which breaks down to components commonly found in milk, meats, fruits and vegetables. Other ingredients are added to make the very concentrated sweetener easier to measure and pour.

Equal packets ingredients: dextose with maltodextrin, aspartame
    Equal Spoonful ingredients: maltodextrin, aspartame
Equal tablets ingredients: lactose, aspartame, maltodextrin

One gram of carbs has four calories, so equal cannot have 2-3 grams of dex per pack, or each pack would have 8-12 calories. It has to be less than 1/4 gram per pack, I would think, to legally be able to say 0 calories.
