dosage for ephedrine hcl

what doses do you guys take the ephedrine hcl in? thanks.

1 pill 2-3 times aday
if you go for the 3x's a day make sure you dont take your 3rd dose to late or youll be up all night

mix it with a 2:1 ratio caffeen/ephed and take a baby aspirin with it as well..should be good to go

I like to take it first thing in the morning, and then again before I work out and then again sometime before 4 or 5 at night..

when taking the ephedra hcl i usually take 25mg with some sort of fat loss product such as SAN tight, and i take it twice a day, if i take any more then 50 mg a day, then i wont be able to sleep at nite
