hey i was bout to take a m1t and 4ad (4-derm) stack but ive found that methyl-D is more anabolic than m1t so what would u think bout stacking those instead and what kind of dosage would u recomened im going to do 400mgs of 4ad ED for 4weeks so im not sure how much of the methyl-D to use ED thanks for the help

Methyl-d is not as good as m1t IMO, it was overhyped upon release and let alot of users down when it came to the end of there cycles.
