i am looking for an amino blend which should be taken at night , with a protien shake or just by itself , anyone knows of any products such as that ......... are there any liquid amino acids blends avaialble , thx any info will be appreciated ??

look for a good nitetime protein blend......something w/ some casein or some other slow digesting protein....you're gonna spend some bucks on it though.....might as well just buy a bunch of cottage cheese and eat that right before bed.

not that bad...you just have to get used to them. i actualy like the taste now!
