    Advil,tylenol,aleve,benedril...which is best.??

So I was trying to pick out a good pain killer+muscle cramp killer. Reading all the labels and such, but they all contain different ingred., ibuprofen, acetamphen(sp?), asprin, etc, etc.
They all claim to relieve those symptoms, but what works best for you?

FYI, all OTC anti-inflamatories stop protein synthesis dead in its tracks.

I don't know if asprin has an affect on it or not. You can look for studies on pubmed/google.

Dude it's a whole different ballgame on AAS. I'm sure the effects of ibprofin/tylenol are more than offset by what you're taking.
