Okay guys, I need help...I have new jug of Isopure vanilla protein. The problem is, it tastes God awful!!! Something I can do to help this out? I new I should have gone with chocolate!!!

Throw in a banana, or a couple of different kinds of fruits. Thats what I do. I'm allergic to chocolate and all the other flavors taste like ass...so I'm stuck with plain old vanilla, and I have to compromise.

I would suggest that, if you can buy another protein powder, THAT YOU KNOW for a fact tastes good (like the GNC proteins that i've tried all taste fairly good) and mix it INTO the current on your taking. Split it up, half half or something like that.
I bought the Pro RX protein powder, 3KG each, but I made a mistake of buying a Chocolate one and a Vanilla one. And damn, I got tired of the Vanilla flavour REAL fast. So, I mix one scoop of Vanilla and one scoop of Chocolate, and it tastes AMAZING!!!

a shake is a shake to me throw in a cup of skim or water and gulp it.,,,,,,,,,,,,,i heard it is not good to do it that way tho ??
frozen strawberrys and crushed up ice...you will be happy with that combo
