Do Highly Absorbable Creatines = Less Bloat?
Last time I took creatine I experienced so much bloat in my face I got pissed when I looked in the mirror, I looked as if I gained 50 pounds. However the benefits I got from it were incredible, I'm wondering if maybe a micronized or more absorbable creatine would cause less bloat considering you would need less water consumption.
