I played football in high school weighing bout 270 pounds. Now I have been dieting off and on for about a year and a half lifting and running almost everyday. I weigh 195-200 pounds and still have a problem with my gut and chest a little. I want to know what i can take to rip down and lose fat along with gaining muscle and strength in the same time.
