    down from 270 to 195.

    I played football in high school weighing bout 270 pounds. Now I have been dieting off and on for about a year and a half lifting and running almost everyday. I weigh 195-200 pounds and still have a problem with my gut and chest a little. I want to know what i can take to rip down and lose fat along with gaining muscle and strength in the same time.     Im sure its a matter of tweeking your diet. Go to the diet sticky for suggestions. There are several supplements you could take. Any of the fat burners would help, if you have the right diet. That along with cardio, at your appropriate heart rate level for fat loss, should cut you down while maintaining strength. You could also supplement that with prohormones for muscle and strength gains. Oxavar worked good for me. Take at least 4 a day with 2 in the morning.
