Does anyone know what the dose is for this legal gear product? I've been looking all over the net, but i can't find it anywhere.

Take 2 – 4 squirts twice a day, once after showering in the morning and once in the evening. Apply to thin tissues like forearms, feet tops, chest & behind the knees.

I would not because of the m4ad.

Just to let you guys know you will be dissapointed with this product because m4ad sucks period and then there isnt enough 4ad mg for mg to convert to test.
