Getting Back In
Hey Guys/Gals, I have been out of the gym now for about 7 months. About a year-and-a-half ago I managed to put together a nice 10 week cycle and had great gains, 6-1, 205, 7%. I am now 29 and weigh 180ish. Marriage!!
Anyways I have made time to get back into the gym and want to get some good sups to help me get my gains back. Unfortunatly things have changed as far as the products since I was last in the market. I am going to stick with over the counters and would appreciate any detailed advice. Thanks for being there.

Hey bro, its good to hear your getting back in the gym. As for supplements, go with protien, creatine, and a multivitamin everyday. For protien I reccomend Allthewhey, or ON protien. As for creatine I reccomend Vitargo Cgl. It's a little pricey, so if you don't want to go with that then take 10 grams of creatine, with 80 grams of dextrose pwo. Good luck bro.
