IMO whey protein, creatine and multivitamins are essentials, but nice additions are powerful anti-oxidants, amino acids and anti-catabolics.
can u gimme some names of the best anti-oxidants, amino acids and anti-catabolics?
HMB & clenbuterol for anti-catabolics.
Too many amino acids to name, but BCAAs, Glutamine, ALCAR, Taurine & AAKG are good.
Too many strong anti-oxidants to name, but milk thistle, ALA, vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamins B2, B3, and B6, CoEnzyme Q-10, bilberry, grape seed, pine bark, ginkgo biloba, selenium, zinc & copper. There really are countless anti-oxidants out there.
