Questions bout glutamine and 2222 amino's

now is it better to take glut in a powder form or the pills? which one of these is better? 2222 amino acids or just BCAA's in a powder form? money is a issue here also. so would rather not spend the money on all three just two items.. are powders more potent them pills? thanks... beverly something porducts have a glut powder and bcaa mixed together would it just be better to get that instead? thanks

Tabs are more convenient, but powder is much more economical.

Just get a good whey protein powder in bulk. Most good whey proteins have a good amino acid profile. 'All the whey' is my personal favorite, try the strawberry flavor isolate.

Check out the amino acid profiles of some popular brands. Should be higher than taking a bunch of those pills.

I like pills personally, just the convenience. Powders aren't a huge hassle, but can be when your dealing with many. (protein, MRP, Amino, Creatine and glutamine in one day?) It'd look like your cooking crack. I never had a problem with pills unless one were to bust and then i'd have to swallow that pill powder. (eww.)

    Yep.
