from what i have read loading isnt really nessessary, so i think youd be good with just using it once a day
I havent used it in 5 yrs. Over the past 4 days i took some with my pwo, and d*mn do i feel good. Muscles are fuller, bigger, more vascular. I figured since ive already have been taking it the past 4 days,once a day, then it would defeat the purpose of loading now..
IMO loading is a gimmick made up by the creatine companies to get you to spend more money on their product. I don't load and i do fine without it.
I've used the loading method and i think it's bull... I can guarentee that i won't anymore. I typically time my creatine supplementation 15 mins before my workout and 10 mins after my protein which is directly after my workout, so using the magic of addition i'd say... 15 mins after.
