@ the end of february i will be starting to bulk
Right now while trying to cut i am taking
Whey protein (of course)
and as my post workoout out shake 3 sccops of ultra fuel with 46gr whey
oF COURSE MY DIET WILL CHANGE TO HARCORE EATING
For The Bulk
I was going to keep
do i still keep my post workout shake the saME?
DO I KEEP ON THE ?
wHAT A REAL GOOD CREATINE
AND OUR THERE ANY OTHA REALLY GOOD MUSCLE BUILDING SUPPS THAT ARE NON PRO HORMONE
