Searching for a protein that is thick and creamy
Hi!
I´m searching for a protein- not MRP or gainer- that is thick and creamy.
Like the consistance of chocolatepudding or Met-RX but without the carbs.
Prefer chocolate in flavour
Please help little BB-sis in Sweden

I dunno if you can get pudding consistency for whey protien. Perhaps mix whey powder with jello instant pudding?? Maybe add less water and it will be thicker, but more chunks. I would go w/ pudding mix and make it just like regular.

I love solid whey by solid muscle -- the chocolate flavor is great.

Just mix your protien shake with less water and it'll have a pudding texture. Also throw some splenda in it to give it that sugary taste of pudding.

Thanks for all your tips but I have already tried those...
also tried adding thickeningpowder and xanthum/guargum
let my proteinshake stay for "thickening" and on and on...
my big Q is what brand of protein blends to the thickest and most delicious creamy shake to eat with a spoon?
hope You understand my bad english...

As for thickening, you could try mixing chocolate protein with lowfat vanilla or unflavored yogurt...

Calcium Caseinate! If I don't drink it right away it gets so thick I can only eat it with a spoon. Excellent source of protein. I get mine from proteinfactory.com in chocolate with aspartame sweetener.

Micellar casein protein IMO is what you want. If its not creamy enough add some flax oil and your set.

Designer whey is pretty thick and has a good taste. Maybe try adding Vitamin D milk or some chocolate ice cream.

Myoplex is real thick! You can mix it with either water or milk and it tastes good either way (for a protein). Plus if you let it sit for a little while you can grab a spoon because its just like pudding

Myoplex is the best. Good thing I get it below wholesale or I would be forced to consume a lesser protein shake.

Myoplex is great for all the thick protein shake needs. I don't know how you'd take to that being a female bodybuilder but as for my first-hand knowledge of thick shakes, Myoplex would be my reccomendation.

just use less water. virtually any whey protein can get thick and creamy with less water.

I like the Solid Whey protein.....even with water it tastes nice and creamy. A little less water and you will get pudding. hahahaha
