    Dextrose Question??

    The ratio of dex/whey is 2:1. I bought a bag of dextrose today and the serving size is 1 teaspoon that is 4 g carb/sugar. I take in 50 g pro. in my pwo--so i need 100g dex. What is the best way to measure that much dex??

    Answers would be appreciable-- I've heard that the protein scoop is equivalent to 60-80 g. Dont know how accurate that info really is.
