im trying to see what anyone has to say about ripped fuel, im not using it as a fat burner, just for energy it really does give me a kick so i can go to one of my jobs at the ups, lifting boxes all night which really tires me out then to the gym. People have been telling me its not good for my heart, anyone have any advice?

it has ephedra in it, ive only taken it a few times so im not worried although its very unlikly that i will take it again. Is there anything that can give me a large energy rush, that doesnt contain ephedra or anything else thats pretty bad for my heart or other organs?
I've heard that redline by vpx is pretty good.
I thought Xenadrine NRG was good for the energy
