other than a good diet, lifting and cardio (interval training in my opinion)

pure caffeine
pure ephedrine
chrom. picolinate
yohimbine
st johns wort in the beginning of my diet phase, i drop it after a while

yep def do ur reading on clen first
the supps i mentioned work extremely well and u can read up on them on the net. I also 2nd Green Tea, however C-AMP has green tea in it, and I recommend that product despite it being a rival company to Avant Labs. In fact, SesaThin and C-AMP together is the best cutting stack I've ever used, together with sprints and my training, and without really going into calorie deficit.

i only take 250mcg of chrom pic ED, it works good at that level for me
