glucosomine ?

i have been having knee pains for quite some time now. they hurt until i get a pump in my legs then i am fine for my work set. but outside the gym, they hurt also. so can somone please tell me if glucosomine fixes the problem or masks the problem.

it is doubtful that glucosamine will do much of anything for you. i tore my ACL twice on the same leg and have had three surguries, so i feel your pain. Depending on what is wrong with your knee, glucosamine may help ease a little pain by "oiling" the joint. with very long and religous you may see some benefit, but i had none. the best thing for you to do is see a specialist. Most likely you have a meniscus (cartilage) problem, maybe a tear or sprain. If it is sprained it will heal itself. if it is torn, you have to have surgery or live with the pain. also where do you have the most pain? im not a doctor but have had a lot of bad things happen to my knee, so i got a pretty good idea of whats goin on. i am not really sure what is wrong. it seems as if squats have just been wearing down my joints. marketers claim that gl. can repair cartilage and or joints not sure.

glucosimine takes 3-4 weeks to kick in fully

take 1-2 grams daily along with 1-2 grams of msm daily and in three weeks you will see noticeable improvement.Im not saying its a cure but it helps.
