    creatine

    is it really neccesary to load up for about 5 days when taking creatine?

    No, it will just take slightly longer for your muscles to become saturated, but nothing significant.

    how much longer would you say by estimating???

    If you are taking 5-10 grams a day (one serving a day) it should be less than 3 weeks. Here's a research summary, but remember the group that did not load were only taking 3 grams a day, but had the same creatine levels as the loading group within a few weeks.
