guys i have heard of no2 and other nitric acid supplements that supposedly give you long lasting pumps. has anyone actually used this stuff to great success and what brands are good? thanks

I used nitrix. It gave me nice pumps, but no strength or muscle gains. If you want long lasting pumps get some arginine powder. Take 4 grams in the morning, 4 grams before and after your workout.
