couple ?'s about b-12
in the past months i have been very lethargic in every thing i do: school, work, gym, running even my "game" has grown tiresome :) anyways i have read plenty of posts/threads that b-12 boosts energy levels, and i want to try it but am not sure how to do it, so here is a couple of ?'s
im 18 5'9 185 full time student/worker and work out e/d.
1. should i take the orals or injectibles? and are the injectibles intramuscular or can you get away with using .5 inch needles?
2. what dosage should i take and how often?
3. where can i get this stuff cheapest? ( no scammers please ;) )
4. where do i take the stuff? butt, arm, leg, ass sphyncter (sp?) ?
5. when taking this can i look forward to anything else ie: bigger penis? jk no but seriously will it benefit me in any other way?

A doctor put me on 1000 mcg / day intramuscular injections a few years ago: I did it for a couple of years and yes, it did wonders for my energy levels. In fact I had to be careful when I took it because 10 hours after, WHAM! the energy would hit... and if it was 4am that was kind of awkward.
After I stopped, the good effects went on for a very long time.
I then tried the sublingual Megasorb nuggets from Solgar and found them almost as good - the theory was that absorption under the tongue was almost as good as IM and didn't need a prescription. This worked, but then they withdrew those from the market (don't know why). Now I use ordinary 1000 mcg nuggets (ie, not "Megasorb") and they dissolve much faster - still a good effect but not nearly as intense.
I always injected into my thigh: it was the most convenient spot, really.

1. injectable is better then pill for it hits you much quicker plus you dont have to take pills..id use a 1" at the smallest
2. take .5 to 1cc ed or eod.
3. just do a google search for it but you may be able to get it on AR-R.
4. you can inject anywhere you would normally inject anything else.. i go into my delt just because of scar tissue on my butt...
5. its mainly good for appetite, energy and awareness.. kinda like what a redbull does to you..

it only worked for a week for me, then the effects wore off, i stopped taking it any my energy levels and apetite stayed the same!

the site i have found ask for a prescription... are there any sites where i dont need one?

B12 sublingual tabs ideally should be in the methylcobalamin form. It is more highly absorbable than the more commonly used cyanocobalamin which is not easily utilized by the body. 300mcg should be the minimum.

Use injectable, buy it from a vet supply ($12/100ml), 1cc a day, I ran it for about a month, got hungry as hell, but the E.D. injections got a little old, I quit out of laziness. but it is cheap and relativly safe so try if you like. Just use safe needle practices. SG1

i just got my b12 and i got it from a vet supply store, but it says only use in animals.. i know im being paranoid but i can still use it ..right?
and im going to use 1 in. needle but what gauge??

yes i am a fat cow thank you:)..i already have some needles stashed away from a previous cycle(yes i know im too young), and i wanted to use them... i have some of 18 g 21 g and 25 g which one shouldi go with?

i use a 23 1.5 works for me i go like very 3 or 4 days it gets to be too much but do ur thing and canadapharmacy.com will set up u do not need a script it just says that human grade too much better for ya it is under nonscript drugs at top hope that helps
