What supplemts should i take?
im 21, ive tryed creatine, glutamine and protein in heavy amounts and i think my body is geting used to it
I live in canada so my souce of supplemts is very very limited
anything i should try that is close to a steriod but is not? something that i can get where i live

try juice...my body never gets used to that....lol...I am not a big supplemt guy and never have been the ones you have listed are solid sups.. I would look at your diet and see if your getting enough cals..and also look at your workout. might be time to change it up..make sure your PWO & ppwo shake is right..this can make a huge difference
also not sure if you can get this in canada but look into Mt1 and 1-ad..everyone in the sup thread seem to like them..

ive heard of 1ad but its expensive and i can only get it in canada under the counter for about 90-100 bucks a bottle which is very pricy
how many weeks would a bottle of 1 ad last me and how many would i ahve to take a day?

Go with m1t instead of 1-ad. M1t is more effective and cheaper. Just be sure to use some sort of test with it like transdermal 4-ad. Then be sure to use clomid and nolva for pct. Good luck bro!

ok i tyred m1t last month, i gained 7 pounds off it in 2 weeks but didnt like it at all soo i stopped
i got Lethargy
I couldent find any 4ad and i also took it with cafeen pills
still i felt like crap
anything else out there that i should look into?

more calories. better training.

i train a lot, most of the time its hard traning
5 days a week
2 hours each time including a bit of cardio

What do you ingest PWO and PPWO? What does your diet look like?
You sound like you could use some good guidance in the diet and training respects, leave the prohormones/AAS alone for now.
