I switched to creatine ethyl ester out of pure curiousity and I can vouch that this stuff is good. Strength is about the same as on the regular monohydrate for me but there is absolutely NO bloat..... which is great. It makes me look even leaner and harder. I think I'll keep using this stuff from now on. :thumbsup:
Anyone else ever try? Not that I dont take your word polska.. :) Just want more opinions. I use TRAC right now and I like it a lot. I dont notice too much bloat either, but a little.

I'm using it now and noticing the exact same thing. Increased strength, endurance, and no water retention.
I plan to start taking CrE2 next week along with natural protein sources and Vitrix.
I'll try to log my results.
Im using VPX CEX right now. Strength has gone way up and no bloating.
What brand has a good creatine ethyl out?
I used Trueprotein.com CEE and thought it was solid stuff. I am sure most of DC's supplements are top of the line though.Quote:

well the trac creatine is monohydrate which will cause some water bloat.. i am 3 days into the bsn cellmass, which is ethyl ester malate.. nothing notibale yet but as it was said, it is said to have no water bloat..Quote:

magazine said creatine monohydrate is 22% salt. I was wondering if creatine
ethyl ester HCL is the same.
