Weight Gainer 2200 ?
I just bought a Weight Gainer 2200 Gold by GNC Pro Performance.
I was wonderign if this is worth buying..or if I just wasted my money.
Im on buling diet..and I thought that I could use a scoop of that thing a day ..as addition to my pro/carb meal.
Nutrition facts:
One scoop 165g
Fat 1g
Cholesterol 20mg
Potassium 536mg
Sodium 205mg
Carbs 135g
Sugars 25g
Protein 15g
What do u guys think of this product ?
Thanks a lot

You'll definitley gain with all the carbs and sugars, but the protein is lower than i would like.

I think its a waste of money. Those big ass tubs only have about 6 "servings" in them. However, some of the servings Ive seen are 3 cups of powder. Not worth it IMO
-
Nope don't do it. For that many carbs you should have at least 40g of protein.

Ok so now i know its not worth the money. How about just the quality of this product ? u think itll work good ?
Im 6`3 215 lbs at %15 bf..I dont need to gain fat :D Im looking to gain some quality mass.. and just wanted to know if this is a good quality product.
And if not this ..what else would u recomend instead ?
Thank u

Optimum Nutrition makes all of GNC's "house" products. It is quality, but dont ever buy from GNC unless it is product that is about to expire. They have crazy deals on almost expired products.

Why a weight gainer??? Most weight gainers do mix alot of fats and carbs together. I think your just asking for fat gain. It is what it is-- WEIGHT GAINER--but i dont see you putting on quality weight
