    pre workout shake

    how long before your workout should you take your protein and creatine, dextrose shake? 1/2 or directly before, my shake usually consists of glutamine, 50g protein, creatine and gatorade powder.(it contains dextrose to help absorb)

    im no expert but id say about an hour before.. alot of advice given is that is best to not eat within an hour of your workout..
