Too much protein?
I have heard it said that when bulking up, 2g's of protein per pound of flesh is the best ratio. I also read this on an educational thread. That seems like a shltload of protein to me. Is this really the best ratio for bulking up? Also, what product best delivers pure protein along with any other helpful amino acids?

Depends on your history. 1- 1.5g per lb. Not sure about the product though.
